This isn’t a generic workshop where you get a pamphlet and a stale muffin.
This is a high-touch, small group face-to-face program that I run in partnership with local councils to help real business owners (like you) nail your marketing.
If your council is on board, you attend for free.
If your council isn’t on board, well, that’s where you come in.
What It is
The Marketing Makeover Program is a 4-week face-to-face workshop series that gives small business owners the clarity, confidence, and practical tools to finally get their marketing working for them.
We dig into the stuff that makes your marketing actually work, like getting your messaging right, figuring out who your ideal client really is, and spotting the gaps in what your competitors are (and aren’t) doing.
We’ll help you define a realistic marketing budget, and create a plan that suits your time, resources, and goals, not someone else’s template.
No jargon, no fluff. Just practical, strategic work you can actually use.
